Investigations by Saudi police concluded Miss Smith and Mr Otten had died after falling while having sex, but Mr Smith says he will never accept the findings.
He said: “People say it is a mystery, but there is no mystery. She was murdered and I know who murdered her.
I will just keep up the fight. What else can I do?”
Mr Smith alleges the real truth surrounding his daughter’s death has been covered up by the British establishment at the highest level.
“I just hope that one day the consciences of these people will be pricked,” he said.
An inquest jury in Leeds returned an open verdict in 1982.
Miss Smith’s body remains at Leeds General Infirmary.
A spokesman said he knew of no other case of a body remaining unburied for so long, but said it would be virtually impossible to check if it was the longest delay ever in Britain.

Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom has revealed he is to tread the boards in London’s West End.
The 30-year-old actor told Reuters he was going to star in a revival of In Celebration by British playwright David Storey, which is due to open in July.
“I wanted to feel like going back to basics… and having just a completely different experience,” Bloom said.
Bloom joined co-star Johnny Depp at the world premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean 3 in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The British actor said he intended to go onto the stage after graduating from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, but ended up making it big in Hollywood.
The heartthrob has also appeared in The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Troy and Kingdom of Heaven.
Asked whether the fame had been a strain, he said: “I think everything takes its toll.
“It just felt like I wanted to get back into the driver’s seat of my career and my life, and part of that is coming back to what I have known in the past… really solidifying the foundation of my working career.”
Bloom added that he would not close the door on making a fourth Pirates of the Caribbean film at a later date.
“It’s been an incredible ride for everyone involved,” he told Reuters. “Who knows what the future holds. Right now I can’t even think about that.”
The name of the theatre where Bloom will appear was not available

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, which reunites Depp, Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom, is currently showing in 102 countries, and opened in a record 4,362 cinemas.
It follows the original film, Curse of the Black Pearl, released in 2003, and last year’s Dead Man’s Chest.
The latest chapter in the Disney adventure, inspired by a theme park ride, took $57m (£28.7m) in the US, including previews of $14m, by the end of its opening day on Friday.
The studio claimed combined national and international figures marked their biggest Friday ever.
“This is the biggest Friday our company has ever had,” said Mark Zoradi, of Walt Disney Studios.
“We’re delighted that word-of-mouth is clearly translating into record results at the box office.”
In contrast, critics reviews have so far been mixed.
“Maybe they should have called it Pirates of the Caribbean: At Wit’s End,” wrote Time magazine’s Richard Schickel.
The Hollywood Reporter’s Michael Rechtshaffen said that “while it still lacks the giddy zip of Curse of the Black Pearl, the new edition delivers its fair share of entertaining sequences, especially wherever Depp is concerned”.
In Rolling Stone, Peter Travers wrote: “I applaud the Oscar nomination Depp received for the first Pirates, but the third chapter proves that there can indeed be too much of a good thing.
“Pirates 3 raises everything from the dead, except inspiration.”
Ticket sales are likely to be further boosted by the Memorial Day holiday in the US on Monday.

On Chinese web forums, many people have criticised the film’s image of Chow’s character – who is bald, has long nails and is dressed in Qing dynasty style.
They have said it is the image of the Chinese in the eyes of Hollywood producers.
China Film Group, which distributes the film, initially said it had made no cuts, then declined to comment on a Beijing News report that it had cut scenes involving too much violence and horror, Variety said.
The report said the cuts make the film difficult to follow.
“The sudden debut of the captain confused the audience at the Beijing screening,” the report said.
Variety reported that the cuts included Chow’s reading of a poem by Tang dynasty poet Li Bai (701-762) called Guan Shan Yue (The Moon Shining Over the Mountain on the Border).
The previous instalment in the film franchise, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest was banned by the Chinese film bureau because of scenes of cannibalism and ghosts.
Censors the Film Bureau of the State Administration of Film, Radio and Television were unavailable for comment.

Couples in China’s biggest provincial municipality will not be allowed to divorce during celebrations of 60 years of communist rule.
But weddings will go ahead in Chongqing during the eight-day holiday beginning on Thursday, according to China Daily.
Officers at marriage registration centres said they could not cope with the high demand for weddings and also issue divorces.
Seven out of 10 districts told the newspaper they would not process them.
“We will be working voluntarily during the holiday to issue marriage certificates, but we will not be making any divorce appointments,” officer Wang, who is in charge of the Marriage and Adoption Registration Centre in Yuzhong district in central Chongqing city, told the China Daily.
Zhang Li, an officer from the registration office in Dadukou district, said the National Day holiday period was popular with people wanting to wed.
She staff members from other departments were being drafted in and workers were being told to arrive early and work through lunch breaks.
“But, so far, we have not received any calls asking us to process a divorce during the eight-day holiday,” Zhang Li said.
China Daily said that there seemed to be support on the streets not to issue divorces, although some people questioned the rationale.
“Marriage and divorce are both serious decisions affecting people’s lives. Priority should not be measured by the number of applications but by the degree of urgency,” said 25-year-old Yuan Baoying.
China considers the anniversary celebrations one of the highlights of the year – a chance to trumpet the achievements of the last 60 years of communist rule.
The focus of the celebrations will be a military parade through Tiananmen Square and central Beijing. President Hu Jintao will also make a keynote speech.
As with last year’s Olympic Games, the government wants to ensure nothing disrupts or distracts from the carefully planned celebrations.

Yesterday evening, I went to economic development area in Guangzhou to visit a friend I like best in the world. It nearly took me one and a half hours’ bus from my university to get there. I felt extremely happy though the trip was a little toilsome and time-consuming. It is undoubted that I like to see him, even if we have nothing to say and only sit beside each other, I will feel that I am greatly lucky and happy.
I always believe that we can become sweet lovers if he can have some spare time such as weekends. However, things in the world don’t satisfy our desires always. He is a boy who has ambition on his career, and he loves to engage in those jobs which he thinks challenging and interesting. In addition, I know that he wants to manage a company which belongs himself some day. Importantly, he is a man who can shoulder his responsibilities for those things which relate to him.

He had refused me many times to see me or have a supper with me, and he always told me that he was so busy that he seldom had enough sleep, much less have time to visit me. At that moment, I thought that he just regarded “business” as his best excuse. However, with the more communications with him, and maybe time is the best way to tell me whether he is true. I gradually believed that he never tell lies to me, and he is indeed extremely busy in his jobs.
Yesterday night, he told me something deeply which gave me a surprise to some extent and I thought that he was worthy of been loved by me.
“You know, I have to confess that I never find any excuses when I say that I am busy. I am an administrator in this company and I shoulder a large number of clerks’ hopes so I must work hard to complete my jobs well and in time. You never know my job is a continuous one and everybody does a part of it. I of course can leave my company several days to have a walk with you or have a dinner with you. I definitely would like to do those comfortable things with you. However, the job has to be cut off if I don’t successfully complete my part of that job. I always emphasize teamwork, and I should do it more than only speak it loudly. I should in charge of my clerks and my jobs, because I am in the position which I should devote myself to them.”
It suddenly dawns on me that I should understand him, because he works not only for himself but a large number of other colleagues and clerks. I should apologize to him for my previous childish view about him. How stupid I was! I think I won’t deliberately quarrel with him anymore or make him upset again when I want to see him but he can’t accept later.

Your planning outline will probably be informal at first as you think in writing and organize your thoughts. As with your thesis, you may revise your outline many times before you are ready to draft your paper, as you gain knowledge of your topic and make decisions about how to organize the information for your audience. In fact, some teachers may even require you to create a planning outline of your paper first and submit it for review.

Outlining is just another way to organize your ideas and can be used at every stage of the writing process. Outlining, especially in the planning stages, may be informal, a scratch list of points you want to make. Ideas are often simply jotted down in an order that appears to make sense to the writer in thinking about the topic. At a more developed stage, an outline may expand on several aspects of the thesis and controlling idea.

A formal outline, on the other hand, may contain complete sentences that expand the major and minor supporting statements for the clearly delineated thesis statement. How formal and detailed your outline is depends on the demands of the writing task and what kind of writer you are.

To summarize, outlining can help you plan and manage your writing assignment in several ways:

> It helps you organize information.
> It facilitates sharing information with your peers and your teacher to see if you are on the right track.
> It helps you to think in writing as you are deciding what to say for your first draft.

When you can see all the main information items in your writing project, you can then plan your research and writing schedule.

Tag:life category：life
STEP 1: Water. Duh. Everyone knows this. If you drink a ton of water, you’ll have to pee a whole lot. Oh. And you’ll feel fuller all the time and you’ll eat far less.
STEP 2: When ordering from restaurant menus, try to order a non cream-based soup. If you eat a hearty bowl of delish soup, you’ll be at least halfway through part of the digestive process by the time your entree arrives. We only truly know how full we are TWENTY MINUTES after eating. After soup, you’ll no doubt be bringing your tin foil swan pork loin home with you.
STEP 3: Chew a ton of sugar-free gum. Chewing keeps you orally stimulated and you’ll think about food less. You’ll also be enjoying some half-heinous, half-delicious fake apple or orange or mint or grape flavor throughout the day!
STEP 4: The later you eat at night, the hungrier you’ll be in the morning. Don’t ask me why–I’m not a freaking food doctor, y’ all. It just is what it is. Maybe it’s our biology telling us it’s a mortal sin to eat after 7pm. Or is it Oprah?
STEP 5: When you do eat a full meal, be sure it’s high in flavor. Not “fat” necessarily: how delicious is fat?–but things like herbs, garlic, vinegar, soy, etc…
Or bacon.
Or pate.
Or butter.
Ohhhh butter.
STEP 6: Try sparkling water over still water–although it sounds somewhat ridiculous, that extra texture, or “Exture” as I like to call it, almost tricks you into thinking you’re chewing.

Oracle has claimed the German firm is guilty of “corporate theft on a grand scale” by gaining illegal access to one of its customer support websites.
Oracle and SAP compete in the business software sector, selling programs that help firms to run more efficiently.
Oracle’s lawsuit claims that SAP resorted to illegal activity to maintain its leadership in the market for business applications software.
It alleges that staff at TomorrowNow, a firm bought by SAP in 2005, accessed Oracle’s computer network last year and illegally downloaded a wide range of copyrighted software and other material.
The software was part of the Peoplesoft business that was bought by Oracle in 2005.
The Peoplesoft deal was one of a $20bn series of takeovers that Oracle has pulled off in the past three years, exerting greater pressure on market leader SAP.
Through its actions, TomorrowNow had assembled a “storehouse of stolen Oracle intellectual property”, Oracle says.
“This theft appears to be an essential, and illegal, part of SAP’s competitive strategy against Oracle,” the complaint – lodged with a federal court in San Francisco – alleges.
